Advisory Nature of Outputs
Peregon produces advisory validation findings, readiness scores, and supporting documentation to assist shippers, importers, and their licensed customs brokers. Peregon does not file customs entries, does not transmit data to government systems, and does not make binding classification or admissibility determinations. All filings are performed by licensed customs brokers acting under their own authority.
No Legal, Tax, or Trade Advice
Peregon outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, regulatory, or trade compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any output with licensed professionals before relying on it for regulated activity.
Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the platform
- No submission of data you do not have the right to process
- No use in violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable law
Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and trademarks on this site are the property of Peregon or its licensors. You retain ownership of any shipment data you submit; you grant Peregon a limited license to process such data to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peregon's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Peregon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
