From shipment data to
broker-ready packet.
Seven steps. 42 validation rules. Continuous evidence. One boundary we never cross: Peregon does not file entries.
Seven steps, one audit trail.
Every step produces evidence. Evidence is generated continuously — not reconstructed after the fact. Version lineage is preserved across the entire pipeline.
Ingest
Upload commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, certificates of origin, and manifests. Email connectors, API, or direct upload — any format, any volume.
Normalize
Documents are parsed, fields extracted, and records correlated. A single shipment may span fifteen documents from six parties — Peregon stitches them into one record.
Validate
42 validation rules run against every shipment: completeness, consistency, CBP evidence requirements, tariff classification, USMCA eligibility, sanctions screening, CARM readiness.
Score
The Peregon Score bands a shipment: Verified (90–100), Verified With Flags (70–89), Below Threshold (50–69), Not Ready (<50). Every finding is traceable to its rule.
Resolve
The remediation engine guides importers through fixing each flagged finding — with deep links to the offending document and the rule that tripped.
Assemble
When the shipment is ready, Peregon assembles a broker-ready packet: documents, evidence, readiness score, conflict annotations, regulatory disclaimers.
Deliver
The packet flows to the licensed customs broker over their preferred channel. Peregon never files, never transmits to government, never makes binding determinations.
Truth layer. Authority layer. No shared write paths.
The AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) layer produces advisory interpretations with confidence scoring. The Orchestration layer enforces RBAC, approvals, license verification, and kill switches.
These two layers never share a write path. Advisory outputs cannot mutate authoritative state. That separation is constitutional — enforced in code, not policy.
What Peregon does not do
- — File customs entries
- — Transmit to CBP ACE or CBSA
- — Store broker credentials
- — Make binding classifications
- — Replace your licensed customs broker
